The North County Subregional Planning Committee (NCSPC) is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.

	Approve meeting summary of the October 7, 2009 meeting of the North County Subregional Planning Committee.

4.	2010 CENSUS
	Receive status report on planning for the 2010 Census.

5.	MEASURE A STRATEGIC PLAN
	Receive report on revised Measure A Strategic Plan cash flow scenarios.

6 .	DECEMBER COMMITTEE MEETING
	Consider rescheduling December 2^nd Committee meeting to December 9^th at 9:00 a.m.
