Directions: From 101 northbound, exit Main Street and turn left (west). Proceed to Pine Street (1st traffic light after Broadway) and turn left. Take the first left into Town Center West. The Ruffoni Building, a two story building with a tiled roof and abundant palm trees, will be an immediate left.

NCTAC is a committee of the Santa Barbara County Social Service Transportation Advisory Council.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments on any subject within the jurisdiction of the Board that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

	Approve the minutes of April 12, 2005.

4.	SBCTAC MEETING
	Receive summary of the SBCTAC meeting of April 12, 2005.

5.	TRANSIT NEEDS ASSESSMENT
	Receive a report on SBCAG continuance of approval of findings and report until May and discuss next steps.

6.	INTERCOMMUNITY TRANSIT SERVICE
	Receive update on the kickoff of the Santa Maria - VAFB - Lompoc intercommunity transit service.

7.	COMMITTEE REORGANIZATION
	Discuss transition to Countywide SBCTAC.
