votes) and authorize the Executive Director to amend the cooperative
agreement with Caltrans. |

Highway 166 Safety Task Force and authorize the executive director to
sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the California Highway Patrol

purchase and deploy changeable message signs (CMS) as recommended by the
Task Force. |
