Directions: From Highway 101, exist onto CA 246/Buellton. Heading west (0.6 mile), turn left onto Industrial Way (0.1 mile). Major land marks include Andersen's Pea Soup on the corner of 246 and Avenue of the Flags, with Industrial Way being the second left past this intersection.

	The public may address the Santa Barbara County Transit Advisory Council on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

3.	MINUTES
	Approve SBCTAC Minutes of August 9, 2005.

4.	DEFINITIONS
	Receive update from the Definitions Committee and consider definitions of "unmet transit need" and reasonable to meet."

5.	OUTREACH
	Discuss options and provide direction on outreach efforts for FY 2006-07 transit needs process.

6.	TRANSIT AGENCY BRIEFINGS
	Receive overview of Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District by MTD staff.
