Directions: From Highway 101, exist onto CA 246/Buellton. Heading west (0.6 mile), turn left onto Industrial Way (0.1 mile). Major land marks include Andersen's Pea Soup on the corner of 246 and Avenue of the Flags, with Industrial Way being the second left past this intersection.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Santa Barbara County Transit Advisory Council on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

3.	MINUTES
	Approve SBCTAC Minutes of March 14, 2003.

4.	MEASURE D
	Review and approve letter to SBCAG Board on Measure D re-authorization.

5.	UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS
	Receive presentation and provide comments on the draft Transit Needs Assessment 2006 and finding of "unmet needs" and "reasonable to meet."
