Directions: From Highway 101, exist onto CA 246/Buellton. Heading west (0.6 mile), turn left onto Industrial Way (0.1 mile). Major land marks include Andersen's Pea Soup on the corner of 246 and Avenue of the Flags, with Industrial Way being the second left past this intersection.

	The public may address the Santa Barbara County Transit Advisory Council on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

	Approve SBCTAC Minutes of February 14, 2006.

4.	UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS
	A.	Receive SBCTAC letter of comment on unmet transit needs.

	B.	Receive summary of public input from February meeting and preliminary observations.

5.	MEASURE D REAUTHORIZATION
	Review and approve letter of comment on proposed Measure D reauthorization proposal.

6.	ANNOUNCEMENTS
	Receive notice of Section 5310 applicants.

9.	NEXT SBCTAC MEETING DATE
	Tentative meeting date is Tuesday, April 11 at 1:30 P.M.
