The South Coast Subregional Planning Committee (SCSPC) is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments and also serves as the steering committee for 101 in Motion.

	The public may address the Committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of this agenda.

3.	MEETING SUMMARY
	Approve summary of August 3, 2005 committee meeting.

4.	101 IN MOTION
	Consider approval of consensus recommendations from the Stakeholder Advisory Committee and Technical Advisory Group to be presented to SBCAG board for adoption.

5.	MEASURE D RENEWAL
	Discuss development of draft Measure D Expenditure Plan and South Coast funding priorities.

6.	JOINT MEETING WITH VCTC
	Consider draft agenda for joint committee meeting with Ventura County Transportation Commission to discuss 101 corridor planning.

7.	ADJOURN
	The next meeting of the committee is a joint meeting with the Ventura County Transportation Commission board scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Carpinteria City Council Chambers.
