The South Coast Subregional Planning Committee (SCSPC) is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments and also serves as the steering committee for 101 in Motion.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

1.	CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Committee on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Committee that is not included as part of this agenda.

3.	MEETING SUMMARY
	Approve summary of December 7, 2005 committee meeting.

4.	MEASURE D RENEWAL
	A.	Discuss Draft A + B Balanced Expenditure Plan developed by Tramutola.

	B.	Review proposed public outreach process and scheduled meetings with stakeholders.

5.	COMMUTER RAIL DEVELOPMENT
	Discuss next steps for development of commuter rail proposal included in 101 in Motion consensus package.

6.	ADJOURN
	The SBCAG board is tentatively scheduled to hold a special workshop meeting on Measure D reauthorization on Wednesday, April 5, 2006. Since this board workshop conflicts with the next scheduled South Coast Subregional Planning Committee meeting, the committee meeting will be cancelled. The next regular meeting of the committee is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3, 2006.
