The South Coast Measure D Policy Development Committee is an advisory committee inclusive of the SBCAG South Coast Subregional Planning Committee (SCSPC) and representatives from various community organizations. SCSPC is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments and also serves as the steering committee for 101 in Motion.
