The South Coast Measure A Policy Development Committee is an advisory committee inclusive of the SBCAG South Coast Subregional Planning Committee (SCSPC) and representatives from various community organizations. The SCSPC is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.
