The Technical Planning Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. TPAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, and APCD.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

1.	CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Technical Planning Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

	Approve March 2, 2006 TPAC meeting minutes.

4.	REGIONAL GROWTH FORECAST
	Review and comment on regional employment forecast report.

5.	LOCAL AGENCY ACTIVITIES
	Local agencies provide a summary of important planning activities in their jurisdiction.
