The Technical Planning Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. TPAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, and APCD.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Technical Planning Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

	Approve April 5, 2007 TPAC meeting minutes.

4.	REGIONAL GROWTH FORECAST UPDATE
	Receive presentation on RGF workshop comments.

5.	REGIONAL HOUSING NEEDS ASSESSMENT
	A.	Review options to address RHNA legislative mandate.

	B.	Recommend course of action to SBCAG Board to address legislative mandate.

	C.	Review allocation factors in RHNA.
