The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

1.	CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

3.	MINUTES
	Approve the minutes of October 6, 2005.

4.	UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS
	Review and comment on potential changes to definitions of "unmet transit need" and "reasonable to meet."

5.	PROJECT UPDATES
	Receive project status reports on Santa Maria Highway 101 six lane widening and Evans to Ortega auxiliary lane and bike path (Verbal Briefing - No Staff Report).

6.	DRAFT 2006 RTIP
	Review and comment on the Draft 2006 Regional Transportation Improvement Program.

7.	ELECTIONS
	Receive nominations and elect a chair and vice-chair for 2006.
