The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments is a regional planning agency comprised of Santa Barbara County and all eight incorporated cities within the county. SBCAG distributes local, state, and federal transportation funds and acts as a forum for addressing regional and multi-jurisdictional issues.

  SBCAG Board Meetings

The next regular SBCAG Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2012 beginning at 8:30 a.m.  The meeting will be held in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 105 E. Anapamu St., 4th Floor, Santa Barbara, CA.
 
The SBCAG Board meetings are shown live on CSBTV Channel 20. The January meeting will be rebroadcast on
Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. and Monday, February 20, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.

Safe routes to school, bicycle and pedestrian projects approved for Measure A funding in South County!
The SBCAG Board of Directors unanimously voted to approve $1.8 million in Measure A funds for 26 safe routes to school, bicycle and pedestrian projects in south county. Click here to view press release and the projects approved for funding.

 

CALL FOR PROJECTS

SBCAG has announced the availability of funding for public transportation services through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) 5307 Urbanized Area program.  Click here to learn more about the call for projects.

Caltrans has announced the availability of funding for public transportation services through the FTA 5316 and FTA 5317 programs.  Applications are due to SBCAG by February 22nd.  Please visit our
